First off, we added credits in the beginning to give recognition to the artists who wrote the songs we used. Also, to fix our film we refilmed the scene of Beau and her friend getting ice cream and instead of doing it when it was windy and dark we reshot during the day and also on a calmer day. With the corrections we believe to have improved our final product and made it better.

For our film Beau we integrated technology in  man ways to create our finished product. To begin, we used a Canon T6i to film our videos. This camera is mine and we passed it back a forth to both be able to shoot the film. We discussed what we wanted the shot to look like and then we bother filmed it to make see which one we liked better. Following this, to edit we used iMovie and InShot to create the film. My partner and I used InShot to create our title and put it into the movie and we used iMovie to piece the clips all together. InShot is an app where one can put titles and writing on videos. For the font of our credits we used the font Caviar Dreams and we hand created our title art. With this, we also used Apple Music to find the background songs. For us, the soundtrack was very important because songs help display emotions in a very specific way. Throughout this project, my production skills as well as my collaboration skills have greatly increased. Before this project, I wasn't as skilled in videography and editing along with marketing. To help me with this, my partner played a large part. We worked together to film scenes multiple times so we could make sure we found the right angles, lighting, and ways we could show emotions and important parts of the story line. Pre-film, I was very interested in photography and practiced it quite often but through the process learned videography was much different. This includes learning how to be incredibly steady with the camera to make sure you minimize shaking. If the frame is too shaky then it is hard to make out certain details represented. I also learned how to edit from my partner. She is very skilled in this and she taught me how to intertwine sections together to make a seamless transition. 2. There are multiple ways in which Beau engages with the audience and a few ways in which we distributed our film. To find ways our product engages with our audience is represented in the two minutes we were given to start our movie. After discussing with my partner we concluded that we wanted to be able to fit as many emotions in our opening scene as possible. While Beau is still a young girl, she is able to experience emotions just like an adult would. Our film shows how she is happy when she is with her friends, sad when she is moving away, in deep thought when she lays in the grass thinking, and in love when she's with Olly. 1.  Our film Beau  tests conventions in a few specific ways. When creating a product it is important to use and test conventions because it creates originality as well as shows representation in social groups. Representation increases popularity due to the people being represented feeling excited for getting to see people like them. For example, the film Black Panther  shows representation in the Black community. With a mostly all black cast and crew this film broke racial barriers and inspired many young kids and gave them a hero that they could relate to. In terms of our film, it shows the struggle of being a teenager and having to move away from all of your friends, family, and community. Beau is a girl who's dad gets a job somewhere else and is forced to move with him but doesn't want to and isn't excited.
